Action Aplenty at Tenpin Bowling at Arafura Games 2009

The Northern Territory’s Bruno Maglieri and Ronald Voukolos have shot to the lead of Men’s Doubles in the Tenpin Bowling competition at the Arafura Games 2009 with a score of 1339, missing the record by 30 pins.
Mr Maglieri was superb posting games of 221, 246 and 259 for a personal series of 726. He is the current NT Masters Champion and said to be in the best form of his career.
Mr Maglieri is a hot favourite to medal in the singles, doubles and triples.
China, Victoria and Sarawak will be competing this afternoon.
The Sarawak team is small but expected to pack a punch with their four developing youth bowlers.
