    The Criterium starts at 9:00am in Smith Street when the elite woman start. The riders will cover a continuous circuit around Smith, Bennett and Herbert Streets and the Esplanade then back the Smith Street. The men cycle off at 10:00am. Medal presentations take place in Smith Street at 11:30am.
